By downloading, installing, or using Authsia ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Authsia is a two-factor authentication and credential management app for iOS and macOS. It provides:
The App operates offline and stores all data locally on your device or in your personal iCloud Keychain. There are no Authsia servers involved in any operation.
By using Authsia, you agree to:
Authsia does not require user registration or an account. There is no Authsia server-side component. You are identified solely by your Apple device and Apple ID (for iCloud sync, if enabled).
The Authsia name, logo, and application code are the property of Clarion Stack. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices. Since there is no Authsia account, there is nothing further to terminate or cancel. These Terms survive any cessation of use.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
